CONSTRUCTION
From simple monolayer films to complex multilayer laminations and co-extrusions, we can formulate, extrude, and form sheathes and sleeves for each unique customer application. Common applications for our sheathes and sleeves include probe covers, protective barrier sleeves, surgical equipment covers, and rrigation sleeves. Our lay-flat polymer sheathes and sleeves can be produced in any standard or custom size, shape, and configuration, ensuring the proper fit and function for each medical device to be protected.

Medical barrier sheathes, sleeves, and covers can be produced using an array of polymers, each formulated specifically for the intended application. Polymers include thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPUs), thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs), polyamides (nylons, Pebax®), thermoplastic polyesters (Hytrel®, Arnitel®), ethylene vinyl acetates (EVAs), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polypropylene, polyethylene, and more.
